I recently stayed at a charming mountain hotel and had a fantastic experience. the value for money was excellent. The prices were reasonable, especially considering the location next to the cable car that takes you to the breathtaking glacier down to the train station. Secondly, the attention to detail was impressive. The staff went above and beyond to provide soy milk and rice crackers as alternatives for breakfast, which was a lovely touch. Lastly, the rooms boasted extraordinary views and were clean and well-maintained.

The hotel had a convenient location next to the cable car to the glacier, making it easy to explore the beautiful surroundings. The staff was also very friendly and helpful, especially with their taxi service that saved me the hassle of carrying my luggage on a snowy road. The cleanliness of the hotel and its facilities were impeccable, and the breakfast had a diverse spread. Furthermore, the location was quiet but easily accessible to the town's shops and train station.
Nothing everything was great.

Great location close to ski lifts and hiking trails. Amazing views from the balcony and cozy rooms. Sauna on-site was a nice bonus after a day in the mountains.
Wifi was a bit unstable and it was frustrating that the restaurant terrace allowed smoking, so we had to constantly close the windows to prevent the smoke from entering the room. there was no safe box in the room and limited storage for our belongings.

The location was great during Christmas time! It was amazing to be so close to the slopes and different lifts, which made skiing really convenient. The view from the balcony was breathtaking too! the staff was friendly and helpful, they even provided extra pillows upon request.
The room had a few issues that I found disappointing, including a shower that flooded the bathroom and a broken lightbulb that was never replaced throughout our stay. The Wi-Fi was also unreliable, which was frustrating.
